Excellent customer service never goes out of style, but many training techniques do.  As shopping trends change, so should the way we look at how we train our employees. We’ll shift the focus on training our teams from going ‘above and beyond’,  to ‘creating a shopping experience’ for our customers. We will do this by exploring the importance of investing in your associates to build a strong team culture.
