For Event Managers and Show Organizers, the strategic application of data to improve participant experience and event performance is more critical than ever. However, in order to optimize the value of one’s data, it’s important to clearly distinguish between two key concepts; (1) data reporting and (2) data analytics. This session will compare and contrast these two concepts in order to highlight the unique value proposition of each and demonstrate how both are necessary components of sound event management.
