This panel will discuss many of the regulatory requirements, processes and obstacles in the obtaining of federal approvals. Specifically, the panelists will address new directives to streamline environmental review and permit approval and will explain some of the nuances related to recent executive and secretarial orders, as well as provide some helpful options for streamlining the process and achieving greater efficiency, such as requesting review under Fast 41.
