If you’re like most creative teams, you often don’t have the time to focus on your core job: being creative. Only 40% of our day is dedicated to our core job. The rest of the time? Filled up with meetings, managing requests, lengthy review and approval processes, and burning the midnight oil to hit deadlines. There’s little time left to produce the differentiating creative that you’re known for.

An overlooked best practice is to focus on your process, so you can reclaim more time for creativity. Often by tweaking a few things to your creative approach, you can be more efficient, reclaim time that was previously devoted to other things, and become better at the work that you’re creating.
