Too many of our organizations have become places of worship to optimization rather than symbols of inventiveness and adaptation. While we need optimization, we need imagination more. But it’s being squeezed out of how we work – maybe even out of us. Here’s a call for creative courage, and for seeding and sharing the imagination required to get to what’s next.
