Shanna will discuss techniques to enhance normal to combination skin makeup application, as well as acne to oily skin makeup application. Shanna Bynes LME is an Internationally recognized leading Medical Esthetic Educator specializing in dermal absorption of active ingredients and essential blended oils applied topically. Aside from having more than 17 years of experience in the Aesthetic and Beauty industry, Shanna is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician and Natural Nail Specialist, as well as, Professional Makeup Artist. As a result of having an extensive Aesthetic, plus Beauty & Wellness background, which includes being certified in Reflexology, Shanna has been instrumental in providing her expertise to licensed professionals in the health, wellness, and beauty arena. She has partnered with several leading companies such as L’Oréal Consumer Product Division, Image Skincare, Vichy & La Roche Posay Laboratories, Estee Lauder Companies and Shiseido Americas Corporation, Jane Iredale to name a few. She has been key in on boarding hundreds of Territory Sales Executives. Shanna has also trained and develop sales teams, clients, on product knowledge, ingredients, and various skincare best practices which include prestige Make-Up application. As a corporate educator with Image Skincare, Shanna worked with Marc A. Ronert, M.D, Ph.D., a European Board Certified Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgeon, as well as, a Fellow of the European Board of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. In addition to creating training material for corporate education and operating the Image Age Later Institute Classes, Shanna also helped create treatment protocols for a number of clinical trial studies. She has provided extensive advanced Aesthetic training for several international companies and physicians located on the continents of North America, Africa, and Europe.
