Her work is featured nationally. An avid lover of lipstick and an expert on all on all things lips, Noreen created a collection of unique lipsticks for the spa and salon.
She also is a beauty blogger and just launched a beauty & business blog just for our industry for estheticians, makeup artists and beauty business owners. Noreen is a fun and charismatic educator not to be missed at spa and beauty shows.
