Aging has been believed to be inherent and progressive natural phenomenon. It is detrimental with no benefits except perhaps wisdom. But now there is a paradigm shift in looking at the aging process based on firmly documented evidence of benefits of Manual Lymph Drainage Massage as applied to reversal of inflammation, toxicity and aging.
In this class we will look at the Lymphatic System and its relationship to detoxification, inflammation and accelerated aging.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage will be explained as applied to inflammatory disorders, toxicity, poor circulation and loss of luster. We will focus on the benefits of MLD in post-surgical care and as an alternative therapy for chronic illness as well as reversing of aging process.
