Most professionals in the plumbing industry have at least one question about the Hunter’s Curve: What is a fixture unit? Who created the curve? Why does the Hunter’s Curve lead to oversized piping? Will the Hunter’s Curve be updated? A panel of industry experts will discuss the answers to the above items, in addition to reviewing the ASHRAE “Modified” Curve and posing a challenge to the plumbing industry to update the Hunter’s Curve.
