Current and emerging codes, jobsite requirements, ranging applications – how do you address all of the considerations with the right backflow preventer? This presentation will start with how backflow preventers work, the purpose they serve, and the types. Then, we will provide a matrix for professionals to determine which backflow preventer meets the jobsite specifications. Attendees will walk away with the tools and confidence to choose a solution for each application and specify it properly, ultimately ensuring safety for those drinking the water and simplicity for those installing it.
