This program provides an introduction into the design and installation of plastic drain, waste and vent and cast iron soil pipe systems. The program will review why and how to apply the best materials based upon the specific application requirements. Basic steps and Industry best practices for designing and installing these systems along with special considerations for achieving a successful and safe system test will be communicated. Attendees will gain an understanding of why different piping products are used today and why one needs to exercise caution when considering altering a designed system.
