Communication with clients in aggression cases can often be filled with emotion as you help them navigate the journey of helping their dog. Stressing the crucial component of client participation with safety, management, and behavior modification, while remaining empathetic and encouraging, is tantamount to a successful outcome. Communication tools such as using a case prognosis, modern technology, and empathetic listening can be very helpful. This presentation will include dog aggression case studies and the many variables that can occur in our conversations with clients.
