As we become an increasingly global community, we will come across people from different cultures, either when working abroad or at home. It’s important to look at how we plan and develop our program inclusions, communications and training so we take multicultural influence into consideration. Cultural intelligence is important to the success of your safety system. This session will demonstrate the application of five cultural scales to be considered when working with multicultural groups.
