This session is designed for the professional who has assumed environmental responsibilities in his or her organization, or who simply wants to achieve a better understanding of the federal environmental regulations such as the Clean Air Act; Clean Water Act; Resource Conservation and Recovery Act; and Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act. You’ll gain a better understanding of the basic requirements of each regulation and how they apply in industry.
