In this session, three metal industry EHS experts share their experience tackling post-incident root cause investigations at multiple facilities – and the challenges they’ve faced. You’ll learn how they’ve re-invented the root cause process and documents to encourage cultural shifts and consider diverse work forces, generational differences between supervision and staff, and changes to language that help improve root cause investigation results. They’ll share incident investigations in which the improved method has been applied, as well as significant findings that aim to prevent additional injuries from occurring and to support production operations in spotting any potential reoccurrence.
