This breakout session will address how the Intelligence Community and cleared industry can develop a trusted workforce through the use of technology, continuous evaluation, and reforms to the existing security clearance process. Senior leaders from the public and private sectors will discuss new ways to approach risk management and mitigation, the use of technology for investigations and for continuous monitoring and evaluation, and tradeoffs between security and privacy.
