This class the instructors will share real-life experiences where counseling was not presented or available and the detriments they faced following these incidents. They will share how the lack of counseling impacted them, their families, and their ability to do the job. Then they will share personal stories of situations where they needed, accepted and embraced counseling and how this had a positive impact on them and their families. Tough guys and girls sometimes do need help and it's time we all came to that realization.
