During this (engaging and highly experiential) day, participants will not only be given a (comprehensive) ‘road-map’ of ‘what it takes’ to create a ‘high-performance’ team and/or culture but will have the opportunity to develop and/or strengthen the critical skills, and action steps, required to do so. They will also have the opportunity to assess ‘their own’ team and/or organization and the next steps they need to take to make significant improvements.
