Amazon is the #1 search engine in the United States, with almost 60% of product searches starting on the marketplace.  And, with almost 50% of U.S. Ecommerce sales volume happening on Amazon, a compelling revenue opportunity presents itself to product sellers.  Additionally, with Amazon Business, Amazon’s burgeoning B2B effort, new opportunities exist for B2B vendors to capitalize.  Amazon Business is growing quickly, and surpassed $10 BN in run rate revenue in 2018.  Amazon presents both opportunities and competitive risks for wholesalers, importers, and distributors, raising questions in the C-suite about how to capitalize on and contend with the Ecommerce behemoth.
