Full-Digital Controlled Robotic Hybrid Laser and Arc System
Full-Digital Controlled Robotic Hybrid Laser and Arc System is the first of its kind, allowing for accurate motion control of the MIG and Laser processing in a hybrid solution. The new system is designed to be fully controlled from the robot teach pendant offering ease of use and expanded capabilities to produce high quality and high-speed hybrid welds. High speed digital interfaces to the Laser and Arc Welding machine provide ease of setup, data collection, and diagnostic information for the Laser and Arc process through a single point of control. Advanced intelligent functions manage the deposition rates and laser power control for a smooth and high-quality welding bead at greater travel speeds. Various welding developments will be discussed with application examples of the latest high deposition and controlled energy hybrid processes.
