Raising the bar assumes you know where to set the bar. Well-designed career pathways help to upskill current employees and serve to attract and retain those seeking a career; not a job. This workshop will provide critical information about how to analyze the skills needed for each job in your company and appropriately map pathways within your organization. Competency-based education can be used to maximize employee growth and move employees through the pathways created. Aligned to the strategic needs of an organization; career pathways allow for individual passions and competence to fulfill both individual and organizational goals.
