Specifically, in this interactive learning experience the participants will be introduced to the hidden saboteurs of their success and fulfillment that have kept them from being and showing up as the Trans-formative Leader that they already are. They will also walk away with practical and actionable steps they can take immediately to produce breakthrough results and experience unprecedented fulfillment, and create the conditions for others to do the same.

Hands on Workshop - Value Your Leadership
Leaders will take time through hands-on work to define how they see their leadership and what is important to them. From this work, they will identify their values. This will help them go back to their team, and work aligned and focus on what is important to them in their life, career and leadership. We will provide material like: magazines, words, glue, to create a personal leadership board. Then will facilitate a workshop style conversation to allow leaders reflects about their boards. This coach-like conversation will help them learn how to identify their values and others' values. Leaders will leave knowing their values and how they can use them in their leadership, life, and career.
