Would restricting guns reduce gun violence, as it did in Australia? Or are restrictions in America impossible, as Sam Harris maintains? Should every U.S. citizen have an unrestricted right to carry any weapon under all circumstances? If not, who gets to decide what the limitations will be? Does the NRA speak more for gun enthusiasts or gun manufacturers?
