Elon Musk wants to build a Mars colony. China seems to be concentrating on the Moon. NASA’s official objective is lunar exploration, but there’s also an internal faction supporting manned missions to Mars. Some astronomers even argue that Saturn’s moon Titan is our obvious choice. Given limited governmental and commercial resources, which body should we plan to visit first?
