Cupping and Gua Sha are Chinese Medicine techniques have been around for a long time. Cupping has gain popularity since the last summer Olympics. Cupping and Gua Sha are a traditional, time-honored treatments which has been utilized in the United States and around the world. This course is designed to teach the practitioner in the basic principles of the application of both techniques in the treatment of conditions related to the back as well as the upper and lower extremities that are often seen in the clinic on a daily. There is a relationship of the subluxation complex which produce dysfunctions which produces pain and muscle spasms in various parts of the body and this will be discussed.
