Traditional philosophy hinges on thoughts, traumas, and toxins, and while a great deal of time is spent in analyzing the traumas and toxins; however, little time is spent in understanding the impact that the patient experience has on producing patient outcomes. We will also explore practices that can negatively impact the patient experience and offer input and evidence to support changes in practice that have large impacts on patient understanding and perception.
