Participants will experience how to create an environment that fosters employee wellness by listening to & celebrating their staff in ways that staff will appreciate & that will motivate them to give their best. As well as strategies for managing up in service of promoting conflict resolution, EDI efforts, & bringing joy to work. Get connected to ideas, promising practices & those in the room to support your efforts. Participants will also hear from other districts who are making this happen in Texas & from across the nation.
