The Culinary + Cocktail Clash is a lively cooking and craft cocktail competition between restaurant brands - all to raise money for high school culinary arts programs!
The battle is held during the Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Admission to the event is complimentary with registration to the Expo.
Clash Facts:
- Biggest event during the Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo
- 700+ attendees cheering on their favorite restaurant brands
- Culinary teams consist of a chef, executive and a student serving a sous chef
- Cocktail teams will have 5 minutes to create a craft cocktail with Ketel One or Don Julio and a Coca-Cola mixer
- Rodney Strong and Karl Strauss served up libations for all
- At the 2017 Clash, Real Mex Restaurants handed out 900 sombreros, had a mariachi band, and served delectable bites from El Torito, Acapulco, Chevy's and Las Brisas!
