How does your coffee actually go from seed to cup? This lecture-based course provides an in-depth overview of the many steps of the supply chain, and touches on some of the nuanced variables that affect coffee flavor, quality, and price along the way. Attendees will learn more about green coffee production, quality standards both at origin and at home, trading, export/import, and, while we’re at it, even a little bit about decaffeination.
