This session focuses on how the Transportation Technology Center, Inc (TTCI) is helping the industry leverage a changing workforce and available technology to build the railroad of the future.  Ms. Gonzales will discuss how the world-class research and testing facility supports the industry’s efforts to adopt and integrate emerging technologies capable of improving the safety and efficiency of the North American freight rail network.  She will highlight how technology innovation is the foundation for building a sustainable workforce, modernizing the regulatory environment, and showing the world that this is not your grandfather’s railroad.
