MARTS - Railcar Repair Committee Session 2, Panel Discussion: Building a Quality Manual and How to Implement; High-Tech Methods for Railcar Maintenance; Confined Space Tools and Practices (Room 202-BC)

Panel Discussion, Building a High-Quality Manual: This workshop is designed for those who are unfamiliar with the concept of quality assurance in railcar mechanical operations. We will teach the basics of developing a manual in conformance to AAR M1003, Section J, Chapter 2. We will start a plan sketching and organization chart, inspection and test plan and other key components of the manual. Speakers: Don Gullien, Dean Matzo, and Gerard Bohling.
