The Annual Firearms Law Seminar is a day-long class for attorneys and others having an interest in Second Amedment Law. CLE credit is available for all states. Topics will include discussions of the New York State Rifle & Pistol Association case now before the Supreme Court, other cases from the federal courts, state constitutional right to keep and bear arms provisions, FBI NICS updates and appeals, challenging Veterans Administration incompetency determinations, firearms forensics, unlicensed and gunsmith manufacturing (including 80% lowers and 3D printing), defending ranges, and legal ethics. Our special lunch presentation will be an engaging talk on modern American gun culture by Professor David Yamane.
