Revamping of GL#4 at Hoa Sen Phú Mỹ Plant (Vietnam)

Hoa Sen is a major producer in the highly competitive Vietnamese market, with a substantial export business. To meet the demand for more and higher-quality galvanized and 55%AlZn product, the Hoa Sen Phu My Plant selected Danieli to revamp its furnace and wiping equipment. The reasons for the revamping, scope and implementation are described. Product quality before and after is characterized and related to the elements of the line revamping.
