Hands-on-hands-in culinary session with Keynote Speaker Leslie Bonci.
This session will bring the guidelines to the plate with foods that taste great. A few participants will be selected to make kid-friendly recipes that close the nutrient gaps with fun and flavor. Recipes will include overnight oatmeal, bean dip, energy bites, super bowls and and healthy hacks for better snacks. Creating performance eating destinations with taste creations and flavor stations help to turn kids from feudies to foodies!
