Tracks: Casino and Resort Operations
Tribal casino management has often been delegated to non-tribal employees. Twenty years ago that made sense because Indian country lacked the experience required to run a casino efficiently. Since then though, our tribes have invested heavily in member education and we are blessed with a new generation of talent who were born and bred in Indian country. This panel consists of four young tribal citizens who will discuss the challenges they face and their goals.
