This session is designed to identify the key necessary financial and reporting responsibilities for Tribal Leadership for gaming and other economic entities that should be in place to help protect the Tribe. We will examine the various roles and duties of councils, boards, commissions, management and other entities with respect to the financial responsibilities to ensure accurate and effective financial reporting with a system of checks and balances. Finally, we will also discuss techniques, tips and tricks that can be used to better streamline board reporting efforts for your organization.
