Women represent half of the workforce but the percentage of women in higher level positions is less than men.This presentation will discuss research conducted on women in management positions within tribal casinos. Specifically which management positions these women typically hold, what departments are they most likely to be in, what departments are they missing from and how this compares to that of non-Native American casinos.
