Attorney Patrick Andriano will illustrate best practices and emphasize legal compliance in this not-to-be-missed session on evaluations and reevaluations under Section 504. In addition to reviewing the requirements for a proper eligibility determination, he'll explain what information needs to be considered by the eligibility team, whether parents must consent, and how the rules differ from those of the IDEA.
