Jack and Colleen lead a hands-on workshop where you’ll join a small team to transform the latest trends into a winning cocktail concept. You’ll learn not just what the latest trends are, but also how to apply them to create a drink that’s both unique and appealing. Each team’s cocktail concept will be tested overnight with consumers via Datassential SCORES™ across key measures including purchase intent, uniqueness, and more. The team with the top scoring concept will be announced in the next morning’s general session.
