Technology today can provide everything from massages to cab rides. It preoccupies – and distracts – most of our waking moments. We have multiple generations struggling with their “feelings” and what to do with them bringing issues ranging from bias and discrimination, to being unable to handle feedback. Often times, self-awareness is being replaced with self-medication. What can we do as employers and leaders to equip this vital workforce with the “soft” skills that will create a strong “core” for results and resilience?
