As a welcome to guests staying at the Hilton Riverside, the hotel will be serving NOLA Traditional Gumbo in the lobby as guests check in on Saturday, March 9 from 2-6pm. The gumbo is prepared using High Oleic Oil to make the roux. The High Oleic Oil was provided by the United Soybean Board.
