We've all seen drones flying above concerts and sporting events, but have you ever considered how this type of technology could be used to enhance your company? This program will present the potential Agribusiness applications, value and considerations for the use of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV's or "drones"), 3D/BIM modeling and virtual/augmented reality, laser scanning, and 360 degree cameras. Attendees will learn what newer technologies are available to the industry and will leave with an overview of some important considerations if planning to use them. Attendees will also be challenged to consider how these technologies can be leveraged at their facility to provide better overall project success and long term benefits. Potential ROI includes better communication between project stakeholders, streamlined project delivery, safer project execution and improved quality all resulting in time and cost savings.
