The partnering process gives all stakeholders the opportunity to understand the owner's goals as well as the perspectives, needs and ideas of all key project team members. This presentation will introduce the basic partnering process and will review the characteristics of high performing teams. Attendees will also learn the purpose and content of a partnering meeting, and discover the components necessary for a team to succeed.
