The conference will kick-off with keynote Tim Autrey, Founder of the Practicing Perfection Institute. Combining studies in behavioral psychology and strategies and tools developed in the U.S. commercial nuclear and airlines industries, he will share his strategies in bringing organizations together to reduce risk and human error while improving Reliability, Efficiency, Productivity, and Safety (REPS). At the end of the session, AWEA will announce the awardees for the Excellence in Operations Award and Safety and Health Excellence Award.
