Tracks: Behavioral/Cultural Safety

In order to enhance the desired behaviors within our workforce, safety leaders must clearly identify the critical behaviors we want to improve upon. Our work force must then be motivated and have the ability to do what we are asking. Socially, the program must be accepted and be applicable at the grass roots level. The defined critical behaviors must fit within your culture architecture, meaning the environment and economics are conducive to enhancing the right behaviors. In order for any concept or safety program to be effective, it must be fit into your existing processes, shared “affectively” through communications and measured by leading indicators.
