Construction Super Conference 2018

Many construction litigators and clients have had to deal with labor-relations and other issues on a project or case, yet many have little understanding of the issues associated therewith.  This panel discussion will identify and discuss some of the more current issues that a project or client can experience in layperson's terms from both the union and non-union or merit shop perspectives.  Participants will be polled to focus and direct the discussion as well as be offered the chance to ask questions of the panel.

Upon completion of this session, participants will be able to:

• Understand some of the major issues associated with collective bargaining, picketing and letter writing campaigns.
• Address labor-related issues if and when they arise.
• Address fundamental labor related issues for their construction clientele directly in lieu of outsourcing that work to a labor attorney.
