Provide guidance to BOMA staff to identify emerging issues to which BOMA should respond and develop and prioritize policy positions on issues for consideration of the BOMA Executive Committee and Board of Governors. Engage committee membership in an active dialogue on current legislative matters impacting the federal, state and/or local levels and strengthen BOMA’s grassroots Advocacy program to secure involvement of more BOMA members to influence public policy.
