The principal functions of the Council are to: 1) review application information and confer the BOMA 360 Performance designations, and 2) provide administrative oversight for the program with the assistance of the BOMA International staff and in compliance with the BOMA 360 Performance Program Operation and Building Designation Procedures. All final decisions regarding the operation of the BOMA 360 Performance Program shall be the sole responsibility of the Council.
