Three innovative programs offer school districts throughout the state the opportunity to collaborate for the professional development and growth their teachers need to be fully licensed and/or add licenses to address local district needs. All three programs are tied to research related to adult learning theories and support research that shows improvement in student achievement when teachers are highly qualified. The three programs have results in hundreds of licenses for teachers in dozens of school districts.
