This presentation will describe one district’s process for developing an alternative compensation plan that includes micro-credentials. The development process emphasized research, distributed leadership and a collaborative process as well as a focus on implementation and long-term scaling. The presenters will share specific and practical examples of the successes and challenges they experienced throughout the process.
